About Us

Cindy Bombard-Gotto, CPA, was born in Italy and grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her Associates degree in accounting from Massasoit Community College, began a career in retail, then quickly worked her way up to Assistant Controller of a major pharmaceutical company by the young age of 21.

In 1993, after starting a family, Cindy moved to Naples, FL, in order to live closer to her parents.

In Naples, she co-founded Paradise Painting and Decorating with her father. Her role in the company involved managing all of the bookkeeping and estimating, which allowed her to stay home with her daughter during the day and continue her education in the evenings. In 1996, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hodges University.

In 2000, Cindy joined a Naples accounting firm, became a Partner in 2006, and earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 2009. She then moved on to start her own firm, Cindy Bombard-Gotto CPA, PA, in the Fall of 2011. Cindy is an active member on a local level with the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and on a national level with the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.

Cindy has a strong interest in supporting local non-profits, with a focus on those that offer services for people with special needs. She has participated in Naples Therapeutic Riding Center since 1996 as a volunteer and served on the Board of Directors as Secretary for over 10 years. Immediately after her graduation ceremony Kim hopped in her car and left the snow permanently behind by relocating to Naples.

She accepted her first post-college position at a flooring company as an administrative assistant working with and learning from Administrative Manager, Cindy Bombard-Gotto. Five years later, Cindy left to pursue a career in Public accounting and Kim took over the Administrative Manager position, performing all the bookkeeping and payroll activities for the company for the next 17 years.

While Kim and Cindy had always hoped to work together again, they were not able to create the opportunity until early 2018. Kim has always loved the challenges inherent in accounting & bookkeeping and feels a tremendous sense of accomplishment when she can put all the pieces of a financial puzzle together.
